Georgi Milkov is a local development consultant with 20 years of experience in the field of civic organizations. Chairman of the NGO Center in Razgrad since establishment in 1997. Participated in the development of over 50 civic participation projects. Led the team that developed the Civic system for court watch (2005) and founder of the National Network for Court Watch (2007). Since 2008 he is manager of the Consultative Centre for Domestic Violence Prevention. Master of Bulgarian language and literature from the University of Shumen "Bishop Konstantin of Preslav (1993). Fluent in English and Russian. Georgi Milkov has participated in more than 10 missions to observe elections in Cambodia, Nepal, Pakistan, Egypt, Palestine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Ukraine, Moldova, especially in 2006 in Palestine with President Jimmy Carter. Georgi has specialized “Civil Society Development” in the U.S.A. and participate in multinational leadership training program (2000, 2002).
Stoyanka Nedelcheva is a social consultant and coordinator. She has a master degree in social pedagogic, field “Prevention of the crimes and probation practice”. Since 2008 is acting as coordinator and social consultant in the Consultative Centre Domestic Violence Prevention. During his work Stoyanka has developed excellent skills for working with victims and offenders. She has very rich experience in working in projects for prevention of the domestic violence. She started her career as a regional coordinator in the project “Developing a National NGOs Network for Civic Court Watch”. During 2008 she worked in project “Consultative Centre for Domestic Violence Prevention” as a social consultant. Stoyanka was a hotline consultant in project “Pilot model for establishing a national network to prevent violence against children and families at risk”.
