Human resources: the project team - chairman, coordinator, associate, financier; partnership with six NGO’s in Regional Court and District Court of Razgrad, media, promoting the project and to raise public awareness. NGOs Center intensively developed two programs: Program to strengthen the capacity of police and Program for disadvantaged women in the village of Strazhets. Daily Center for Women provides free consultations, advice, information, and psychological support, long-term unemployed, socially-disadvantaged and low-income women from the village Strazhets. The center offers support and to women who have experienced physical, sexual, emotional or domestic violence.

Equipment, technical facilities and offices: own office - a separate apartment with separate entrance in the center of Razgrad, near the City Park. Address: 34 "Osvobozhdenie" housingcomplex, ground floor, 47 residential plan of the city. It consists of three rooms; warehouse, storage rooms and a corridor with a total built area of 80.68 square meters. There are separate reception rooms, hall with library, 2 business offices, training room. The organization has its own equipment and office equipment - 2 computers, multimedia projector, PBX, fax, copier, scanner, internet connection. NGO’s Center in Razgrad has a car that is very useful for the implementation of organizational and coordination functions of the project team in the six regional cities.

Other resourses: The organization has a wide network of volunteers, consultants and experts who volunteered to work for achieving the goals and objectives of the project. NGO’s Center has Programs for local development and Program for working with volunteers.

The organization has formed a team of volunteers who participate in Civic Consultative Group of the Court and Police Support Group. Members of both groups included representatives of ethnic minorities, lawyers, key figures and ordinary citizens motivated to assist and support local courts and police in solving problems of security and public order in Razgrad. Civic Consultative Group in five district towns, which consists of 22 members - experts in various fields, preparing opinions and suggestions to improve the performance of the judicial institution, 18 trained civilian observers in six regional cities engaged civil court monitor and prepare reports specific findings and conclusions, developed a methodology for monitoring civil court, which is tested at the regional level;

Creating a Library for NGO’s Resources
Manages library of English literature with over 2000 issues. Progress reports on monitoring by civil courts. Training guides collected from the Democracy Network and the “Civil Society Development” foundation, are now available to be hired and read by the Civil Organizations in Razgrad to improve them. Directories provide valuable tips for working with the media, writing and project finance, NGO management, planning strategies, working with volunteers and other topics. Support for local civil society organizations and NGOs development Capacity Building Assistance to Woman Support Center in the Village of Strazhets:
The organization is founded only by women volunteers from the village. Its members are mostly young unemployed women aged 20 to 45 years with more than one child. They are mainly Roma and Turkish ethnic communities. Women Support Centre in the Village of Strazhets enjoys high credibility among the people. Specific capacity and profile of the organization put it in position as a reliable representative of prevailing attitudes among the community.

Support of the Youth Forum 2001 Association in Razgrad:
The organization is a social services provider registered in the Social Assistance Agency to MLSP and SACP license. Youth Forum 2001 has extensive experience in implementing projects related to rehabilitation and social integration of people with disabilities and young offenders. The NGO has a wide network of specialists who have worked on our projects - two psychologists, seven social workers, ten teachers, speech therapist, defectologist, physiotherapist and others.
