At present the NGOs Center in Razgrad in association with the National Court Watch Network in Bulgaria implements an National Project “Justice Reach to People” , America for Bulgaria Foundation, February 2010–July 2011. We are observing the local specificity; conflicts of interest will occur in the judiciary, problems with ethical conduct of magistrates and the unauthorized contacts with compromised individuals.
